Nursery Assistant - Cornwall
Here at Educare Recruitment, we are looking for nursery assistants to join us with nursery experience but happy to recruit those who have been working as teachers, teaching assistants and support workers who are possibly looking to do something a little different.
Offering day to day work to cover sickness and holiday and short-term cover for those who have other commitments and looking for extra hours. We have several long term and permanent opportunities available to start too.
What are your responsibilities as a nursery assistant:
Assisting with daily routines: This includes tasks like feeding, changing, and helping with toilet training.
Engaging children in activities: Planning and supervising age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
Creating a safe and stimulating environment: Ensuring the nursery is a safe and welcoming place for children to learn and grow.
Supporting children's development: Helping children develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Following safety and hygiene procedures: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety within the nurser
