Support Workers – Portsmouth Area – ASAP start
Shifts: 8am – 8pm (Days & Nights)
Educare Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected care provider in Portsmouth to find compassionate and professional Support Workers to support individuals with mental health needs.
What You’ll Do:
Provide personalised support to individuals with mental health challenges.
Assist with daily living tasks, wellbeing, and promoting independence.
Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Work flexible shifts – long-term, short-term, or day-to-day cover.
What We’re Looking For:
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional with a genuine desire to make a difference.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
